This Privacy Policy describes how Lumari, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites (including lumari.ai, app.lumari.io, and any other associated subdomains), the Lumari Supplier Portal, contact our support teams, or interact with us on social media (collectively, the "Sites").

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we process on behalf of our business customers while providing services to them. When we process data on behalf of our business customers, we act as a data processor (or service provider) and our use of that information is governed by our Customer Service Agreement with such customers. We are the data controller only for information we collect directly through the Sites as described in this policy.

Our websites, products, and services are designed for enterprise customers and their representatives. We do not offer products or services intended for use by individuals for their personal, familial, or household purposes.
